About Me

I specialise in cardiovascular health — supporting your heart, lungs, and circulation so your body works well at rest and during movement. My work helps reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other long‑term conditions through safe, effective exercise.

As a BACPR‑qualified Specialist Exercise Instructor, I deliver structured heart and lung programmes at MKCCG. If you’re currently living with a cardiac or pulmonary condition, this is the best place to see me for specialist support.

​

Outside of MKCCG, my private work focuses on cardiovascular disease prevention — helping you protect your long‑term health, build confidence, and feel stronger through tailored exercise and clear, practical education. I also work with GP referrals for long‑term health conditions, ensuring people receive safe, evidence‑based exercise guidance that complements their medical care.

Whether you’re looking to safeguard your future health or take proactive steps toward feeling your best, I’ll support you with a calm, personalised approach that fits your life.

Group Fitness Training

How I Move & Why I Love It

I love to strength train — there’s nothing better than getting behind the weights, feeling the mind–muscle connection, and shaping my body. Feeling strong and toned is when I’m at my happiest. I’m a big believer in all‑rounded fitness, and cardiovascular health is a huge part of that.

 

My favourite classes are spin, body combat, or anything dance‑inspired. I enjoy fun, energising ways to get my heart rate up. I also work on my flexibility, mobility, and the skills that support everyday functional movement and healthy living. Over the years, I’ve explored different high‑intensity training styles, conditioning work, and physio‑based approaches for a balanced, resilient body.

And ultimately, this is why I love it: exercise is holistic therapy. It gives me energy, strength, confidence, and clarity. For me, it truly is the best medicine.
